Refund policy

 

Demure Angel has a 7-day return policy.

Return claims must be submitted within 7 days of the date of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and verified to be in the stated condition, refunds will typically be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the credit card provider.

Please note that Demure Angel is not responsible for return shipping costs or customs duty reimbursements for international orders.

If we have made any errors with your order (such as sending the wrong size or a damaged item), please contact us at store@demureangel.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

반품 신청은 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

반품 상품은 수령 시와 동일한 상태를 유지해야 하며, 모든 택이 부착된 상태와 원래의 포장 상태를 그대로 보존하여 반송해 주셔야 합니다.

반품 상품이 상기 기준을 충족하는 경우, 환불은 카드사에 따라 영업일 기준 3~7일 이내에 순차적으로 처리됩니다.

사이즈 미스 등 단순 변심에 의한 반품의 경우, 왕복 배송비는 고객님께서 부담하셔야 하는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
